1. AI Functionalities Introduction

We utilize AI technology to offer a range of services, such as AI-generated images and AI clothing transformations. You can access various services based on your needs. To enhance user experience and cater to the demand for more features, we are committed to developing new services and providing regular updates. We may also improve or upgrade some features of existing services. Given the nature of online services, you have the right to discontinue use at any time, though we regret this. Additionally, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue certain services within the limits of the law.

2. Uploaded content by the user’s guarantee

2.1 You confirm that you possess the necessary legal rights for the content you capture/upload or have obtained proper authorization from others, and that the content does not violate any third-party rights (including but not limited to portrait rights, privacy rights, copyrights, etc.). Please refrain from using AI technology to distribute content that violates laws or regulations, infringes on the legal rights of other users or third parties, or spreads rumors, maliciously defames others, invades privacy, infringes on intellectual property, or disseminates illegal information. You will be fully responsible for any consequences and losses arising from such actions.

2.2 While using this product, you may submit text, images, audio, video, or other related content, data, and information, and receive content generated in response to your input. You acknowledge and affirm that all the content you provide is either owned by you with intellectual property rights or has been legally authorized by the rights holder, and does not violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe upon the legal rights of others (including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, intellectual property rights, portrait rights, personal rights, privacy rights, or any other rights), or breach public order and morals. If your input infringes on the rights of a third party, you will be fully responsible for any legal consequences.

3. Uses of generated output content

3.1 You ensure that the output content of this product will be used legally. You are responsible for independently assessing the output content and accepting all risks and legal liabilities associated with its use, including any risks related to the legality, infringement, or reliance on the output content for decision-making. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from these risks.

3.2 You are prohibited from using this function to create, publish, or spread false information. If you intend to share or distribute content generated by this function, you must clearly label or indicate it. Additionally, you should not remove or alter any logos that this product has placed on the interaction interface in a misleading way.

4. Intellectual Property & Other Legal Rights regarding the legal use
